It is because when we sneeze, our hearts stop and start moving again after we sneeze.
By saying 'Alhamdulillah', it shows that we are thankful to Allah as Allah still gives us lives to live.
For those who used to say 'excuse me', jom sama2 ubah. we are not mat salleh or minah salleh after all :p
ps. Don't ask God to guide your footsteps if you're not willing to move your feet aynn !
